Return & Refund Policy – Jagadambika Store

At Jagadambika Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept return and refund requests only under the following conditions:

Eligible Reasons for Return & Refund

A refund or replacement will be accepted only if:

  1. The product is received in a damaged condition.

  2. The customer receives a different product than what was ordered.

  3. The product received does not match the description or specifications mentioned on our website.

Mandatory Video Proof

To claim a return, replacement, or refund, customers must record a clear unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.

Important:

  • The video must start before opening the package.

  • The shipping label should be clearly visible.

  • The entire unboxing process must be recorded without cuts or edits.

Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Refund Process

After verification of the claim and approval by our team:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns and refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling after delivery.

  • Claims made without a valid unboxing video.
