Full payment must be received before dispatch of prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only on selected products and locations.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.
Jagadambika is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners after dispatch.
Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information.

5. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

Refunds or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

Damaged product received.
Wrong product received.
Product received is different from the product ordered.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To claim any return, refund, or replacement:

A clear package opening video is mandatory.
The video must start before opening the parcel.
The shipping label must be clearly visible.
The video must be continuous without any cuts or edits.

Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns, refunds, or replacements will NOT be accepted for:

Change of mind.
Personal dislike of the product.
Incorrect order placed by the customer.
Spiritual results, beliefs, or expectations not being met.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video.
Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or negligence.
